Optcatch documentation

Everything you need to turn the forms on your WordPress site into a consented email list and send campaigns from your own sending accounts.

Optcatch adds a Optcatch menu to your WordPress admin with Dashboard, Contacts, Segments, Templates, Campaigns, Settings and a built-in User Guide. These pages follow the same order you will use when you set it up.

Getting started

Install from WordPress.org, connect a sending account, capture your first contacts and send your first campaign.

Capture & forms

Universal auto-detect, the consent checkbox, consent wording and versions, supported form tools and CSV import.

Sending accounts

Gmail, Microsoft 365, SendGrid and SMTP accounts, daily limits, sending speed, rotation and background delivery.

Contacts & campaigns

Segments, templates and the Email Studio, creating and sending a campaign, and how unsubscribes are handled.

Pro features Pro

Warm-up, scheduled and automation sends, wake-up and re-engagement emails, the Pro template library, attachments and webhooks.

The free version has no usage limits

Unlimited contacts, saved segments and custom templates, CSV import up to 5,000 rows per file, and as many sending accounts as you like. Optcatch Pro adds features, not bigger numbers.
